By Rail: Birchington-on-Sea Station is located about ⅓ of a mile from Our Lady & St Benedict Church.
From London, Medway Towns, Whitstable (north Kent coast) exit the station and turn right over the railway bridge, keeping to the right-hand side walk to the T junction and turn right on to MINNIS ROAD. The church is now about 150 mtrs on the right side of the road.
From Margate, Ramsgate, Canterbury leave the station via the forecourt, turn right, walk to the T junction and turn right on to MINNIS ROAD. The church is now about 150 mtrs on the right side of the road.
 
By Car: Birchington lies on the A28 Primary Road (Canterbury to Margate).
From London, Medway Towns, M2 Motorway the route to Birchington is via the A299 (M2 to Ramsgate Truck Road). This intersects at a roundabout with the A28 (near the village of St Nicholas-at-Wade), take 2nd exit. Follow the signs to Margate on the A28 (duel carriageway). The road will become single carriageway and at the top of the hill is the village of Birchington. About 1 km is THE SQUARE (with a mini roundabout) exit 1st right into STATION ROAD (the main shopping street). Continue down this road which will become MINNIS ROAD, the church is now ¼ mile down on the right side – take 2nd entrance to church car park.
 
By Bus: There are local buses to and from Minnis Bay which stop outside the church Monday to Saturday, Stagecoach route numbers: 34, 34a, 33. On Sundays, Bank Holidays and evenings there is no bus service to Minnis Bay. Sundays and evenings the nearest bus route is the Margate to Canterbury route number 8 (8a, 8x) which stops in Birchington Square. This is a 15 minute walk from the church.

Following the closure of St Peter's Catholic Church, Westgate-on-Sea, in 2014 a Mass Centre has gratefully been established at the United Reformed Church in Westgate Bay Avenue, Westgate-on-Sea CT8 8SN with the kind assistance of the URC members.

Sunday Mass takes place at 10.45 am in the Rear Hall of Christ Church and is accessed via an entrance on the right-hand side of the church.
